Business Administration - Level 3 S/NVQ
The level 3 qualification is aimed at those more experienced personnel involved in a business administration role, who have a responsibility for a large range of admin tasks and have responsibility for others.
Mandatory Units
The candidate is required to complete both mandatory units.

Optional Units
Candidates must complete 4 optional units (at least three from Group B).

- Plan, organise and support meetings
- Make a presentation
- Organise and coordinate events
- Word processing software
- Spreadsheet software
- Website software
- Artwork and imaging software
- Design and produce documents
- Plan and implement innovation and change
- Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
- Provide leadership for your team
- Prepare text from notes
- Prepare text from shorthand
- Prepare text from recorded audio instructions
Modern Apprenticeship funding may be available in Scotland for those eligible under SDS funding guidelines.
