Business Administration - Level 3 S/NVQ

The level 3 qualification is aimed at those more experienced personnel involved in a business administration role, who have a responsibility for a large range of admin tasks and have responsibility for others.

Mandatory Units

The candidate is required to complete both mandatory units.

  • Artwork and imaging software

  • Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
  • Provide leadership for your team
  • Prepare text from notes
  • Prepare text from shorthand
  • Prepare text from recorded audio instructions
