Construction Site Management Level 4 SVQ - Building & Civil Engineering

The level 4 qualification is intended for Construction Site Managers and other manager roles. On completion, successful candidates can attain the Platinum CSCS card, (Manager level card). This qualification meets the revised CDM regulations, enables candidates to work at pace that suits them through work based assessment. Can lead to CIOB Incorporated Membership. There are no formal entry qualifications required.

  • Identify, Allocate and Plan the Deployment and Use of Plant, Equipment or Machinery
  • Organise, Control and Monitor Supplies of Materials
  • Establish and Monitor Communication Systems and Organisational Procedures
  • Establish Dimensional Control Criteria
  • Control Project Quantities and Costs
  • Evaluate Feedback Information and Recommend Improvements
