Management Qualifications Level 4 NVQ SVQ

The Level 4 qualification

is for practicing middle managers who have responsibility for allocating work, achieving specific results, carrying out policy, controlling limited financial budgets and contributing to organisational change and recruitment. Membership of ILM and the Chartered Management Institute can by applied for on completion of the Level 4.

Mandatory units

Candidates must complete all of these units:

  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans for your Area of Responsibility
  • Encourage Innovation in your area of Responsibility
  • Develop Productive Working Relationships with Colleagues and Stakeholders
  • Ensure Health and safety Requirements are met in your area of Responsibility
  • Manage Business Processes

Optional units
