Q What are Customer Service SVQs Levels 2 & 3?

A In additition to the other qualifications JB Management are also accredited to offer Customer Service SVQ's at Level 2 and Level 3. These qualifications are aimed at those individuals who are responsible for dealing with internal and external customers as a major part of their job role. Funding / Part funding may be available for these qualifications under the Modern Apprenticeship programme.
