A few of our success stories...
JB Management were delighted to present three of our Modern Apprenticeships with their SVQ level 3 certificates in Business Administration recently.
JB Management held a presentation where their certificates were presented to them by Alison Northrope from Skills Development Scotland. The photograph shows Alison & Kellie our Operations Manager presenting Lisa Campbell, Kirstie Palmer and Sara Baldwin with their certificates. Bill Ure our managing director reiterated to everyone at the presentation that all three candidates have done well and are an invaluable part of the JB Management team.
Well done ladies from all at JB Management!
Nicole Wilson
Congratulations to Nicole Wilson who has recently completed an SVQ level 2 in Business and Administration. Nicole secured a placement with James Frew with one of our partners Youth Build. Nicole worked hard and was offered a position within the company which allowed her to undertake her SVQ level 2. Nicole has now started work on her level 3 SVQ and is doing well as a permanent employee.
"Nicole has secured this position by working hard, having a positive attitude and learning new skills. She has also shown her willingness to learn by recently starting her SVQ Level 3 in Administration. Nicole is at present using the skills she is learning from her SVQ to assist with her day to day work."
Kara Tate, Youth Build
"Nicole came to James Frew for a 6 months training course through the Youthbuild Scheme. Nicole was very quiet and lacked self confidence. A lot of time was spent by myself and others to give Nicole the training and support she needed."
Elaine Kean, James Frew
Nicole was always very willing to help and also proved to be very capable. It was suggested she carry out an SVQ during her time with us and she willingly agreed. We have supported and assisted her with this and hopefully she will gain this qualification in the near future. Her timekeeping was perfect (always arrived on time and never had any unauthorised days off). Nicole's confidence has greatly improved and she has completely changed her attitude. Nicole has matured dramatically in the last 8 months and has become a valued member of the team.
Stacey Carey
Congratulations to Stacey Carey on recently securing a permanent position with Frazer Coogans Solicitors in Ayr. Stacey started with Frazer Coogans on the Targeted Pathways to Apprenticeship programme and has proved herself to be valuable part of the team. Stacey is working well though her SVQ level 3 in Business & Administration.
