Supply Chain Management - Level 2 SVQ

Level 2 is an entry level qualification for people involved in a broader range of basic SCM work activities. E.g. Purchasing Clerk

Mandatory units

Candidates must complete all of these units:

• Contribute to Operational Relationships within the Supply Chain 
• Obtain Information on the Supply Chain

Optional units

Candidates must also complete 3 of the following units, in addition to the mandatory units:

• Identify Potential Suppliers for the Supply Chain
• Place Orders with Suppliers
• Monitor and Progress the Delivery of Orders
• Monitor the Flow of Supplies in the Supply Chain
• Obtain Information on Storage Locations and Facilities
• Obtain Information on Distribution Requirements
• Monitor the Distribution of Supplies
• Monitor the Flow of Returned Supplies
• Monitor the Transportation of Supplies
