Level 3 S/NVQ in Storage and Warehousing is aimed at Team Leader / Supervisor level or people identified with the potential to progress through the organisation

Mandatory units

Candidates must complete all of these units:
310 Contribute to a Safe and Healthy Working Environment
203 Contribute to the Provision of Customer Services
303 Manage Yourself
304 Create Effective Working Relationships
311 Manage the Receipt, Storage and Dispatch of Goods
312 Audit Stock Levels and Stock Records

Optional units

Candidates must also complete 1 of the following units, in addition to the mandatory units:
313 Maintain the Quality of External Services
308 Lead the Work of Teams and Individuals to Achieve their Objectives
